At Dot's Card Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds; if you are not, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Our team will inspect the items within 5 business days of arrival, and your refund or exchange will be processed immediately to your original payment method.
